This is the 7th improvement to the Blue Lake strain. This bush bean variety is a stringless snap bean early type and also considered a "cut an come again" kind. The more you pick the more they produce! It was developed as a canning bean at first and then it became very popular in home gardens for there crisp raw salad type bean. Very heavy producer with plants only getting 18 inches tall. Very easy to grow and great for all ages! Open pollinated 65 days from transplanting.
